This game is a first person shooter and offers awesome online play. Be careful to get "Modern Warfare 2" and not the first version (which will be much cheaper). Depending on what sport the person you are buying for enjoys more then Madden/Fifa game is always a winner. Personally not one of my favorites but this game was given a 9.0/10 on gamespot, This game is from the RPG (Role-Playing-Game) category so anyone that enjoys RPG's would enjoy this game.
